Produced in Gragnano with high-quality durum wheat semolina and bronze-die extrusion for a naturally porous surface.
About the Shape
Caserecce are short, twisted pasta scrolls with a curled shape that traps sauce in every fold. Originating from Sicily, their elegant curve holds oils, herbs, and chunky ingredients exceptionally well.
