L'Oro di Gragnano Bucatini – Authentic Italian Durum Wheat Pasta
Made in Gragnano, Italy using premium durum wheat semolina and bronze-die extrusion, giving each strand a textured surface that holds sauces beautifully.
About the Shape
Bucatini is a long, thick pasta similar to spaghetti but with a hollow center running through each strand. This “tube” allows sauces to fill the inside while coating the outside, creating a uniquely rich and satisfying bite.

• Bucatini all ’Amatriciana with tomato, pecorino, and guanciale
• Olive oil–based sauces with garlic, chili, and anchovy
